What is AromaTouch®️?
The AromaTouch technique was developed by Dr. David K. Hill, a chief medical officer and chairman of the scientific board of doTERRA®️. He developed the technique using specific doTERRA oils that are applied in a systematic way. The technique addresses 4 factors that often cause illness in the body; autonomic imbalance, inflammatory response, stress, and toxic insult. AromaTouch can help manage these factors and assist your body in returning to a balanced state.
The oils used in the AromaTouch technique are; Balance®️, Lavender, Melaleuca, OnGuard®️, AromaTouch®️, Deep Blue®️, Wild Orange, and Peppermint.
*Balance is a blend of Spruce, Rosewood, Frankincense, and Blue Tansy.
*OnGuard is a blend of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary.
*AromaTouch is a blend of Cypress, Marjoram, Basil, and Grapefruit.
*Deep Blue is a blend of Wintergreen, Camphor, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Helichrysum, and Osmanthus.
The first step of the technique is stress management. Balance is applied first, followed by Lavender. Melaleuca and OnGuard are applied next for immune support. To combat inflammatory response, AromaTouch and Deep Blue are applied. To bring the body back to homeostasis, Wild Orange and Peppermint are applied.
What can I expect?
During the AromaTouch session, the recipient lays face down on a massage table. You do not have to undress, but do need to give access to your back. Recipients can wear a shirt backwards, if desired. The oils are applied to the back and feet. There is communication about which oils are being applied and how the recipient feels. The session takes about 45 minutes.
Please contact us if you are interested in a session as our service area is limited.
